Jon Hauptman, President and Founder

Jon spent 18+ years in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech Industries, serving in numerous executive leadership roles.  Over the course of his highly decorated career, Jon built numerous “high performing” teams that have consistently delivered exceptional results.  He has led several cross-functional teams (Human Resources, Sales Leadership, Marketing and Clinical Affairs) in the design and implementation of strategic hiring campaigns.  Under Jon’s leadership, hundreds of candidates have been successfully screened, interviewed and hired to fill a broad range of sales, marketing, analytics and executive leadership positions.
